Getting Started
Follow these steps to attain a credit report:
- Fax a completed rental application signed by each party to (770)667-0674 or 1-800-461-1599, if outside of Georgia. If you require a rental application, you can obtain a complimentary one by calling (770)475-8883 or by clicking here to print a rental application.
- Ensure that the application includes each parties' name, current address with zip code and social security number along with a signed release from the applicant.
- Include your name, daytime phone number and return fax number.
- The individual's credit report will be returned to you via the fax along with a Credit Report Description to interpret the report. An invoice will be faxed along with the credit report for $20.00 per Social Security Number processed due and payable upon receipt.
