Credit Report Description

A complete ID section includes name, current and former addresses and telephone numbers (when available). It may also include employment information (01 ES, 02 EF, 03 E2) along with nicknames and aliases.

Summary of file items which includes opening dates of accounts, number of accounts and rating of accounts. The rating is as follows:

Zero- Too new to rate (approved but not used)
One- Pays within 30 days of payment due date (perfect account)
Two- Pays from 30 to 60 days of payment due date (slow pay)
Three- Pays from 60 to 90 days of payment due date (slow pay)
Four- Pays from 90 to 120 days of payment due date (slow pay)
Five- Pays from 120+ days of payment due date (slow pay)
Seven- making regular payments under debtor's plan
Eight- Repossession
Nine- Bad debt (uncollectable)

Other file items

BKRPT- Bankruptcy filed
COLL- sent to collection agency
ST,JD or JUDG- Judgement or state judgement against them
GARN- garnishment
LIEN- lien

INQS- alert appears if three or more inquiries occurred within the past 90 days

Listing of each trade account

FIRM/ID CODE- name of reporting company
RPTD- date item was reported
OPND- date item was opened
H/C- high credit on revolving accounts (may indicate credit limit)
TRM- monthly repayment amount
BAL- balanced owed as of reporting date
P/D- past due amount as of reporting date
R- revolving account
O- open account
I- installment account
